Changed your mind? No problem at all.
If you no longer want your car mats, we offer a generous 60 day returns policy* from the day they arrive with you to let us know something is not as expected or you've changed your mind.
You may only use our 60-Day Returns Policy under the "Change of Mind" Circumstance, providing the product has not been used and can be sold as new.
Some things to remember:
Once we’ve accepted your request to return your mats, you need to get them back to us within 14 days. We'll then aim to process them within five working days of them arriving in our warehouse. You're responsible for getting the mats back to us in good condition and you'll also need to pay for the return postage, so we recommend you use a tracked and insured service. If your mats do arrive back with us damaged or in a worse condition, this will affect how much of a refund we can give you.
Change of mind:
- The car mats must be returned in their original brand-new condition.
- There should be no signs of usage or wear on the product.
- If available, the car mats should be returned in their original packaging to ensure their protection during transit and subsequent use.
Faulty goods:
For the purposes of this policy, "faulty goods" refer to products that are defective, damaged, or not fit for their intended purpose.
Customers must notify us of any faulty goods within 14 days of receiving the product. Notification can be made via email, phone, or through our online contact form.
This policy does not cover faults resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage by the customer.
This policy is in compliance with EU regulations and may be subject to updates or changes as required by law. Customers are advised to review this policy periodically for any updates.
